Josh Edmondson (cyclist)
Joshua Thomas "Josh" Edmondson (born 6 July 1992) is a British road racing cyclist, who most recently rode for British amateur team Crimson Orientation Marketing RT. Earlier in his career, Edmondson rode for UCI World Tour squad in 2013 and 2014. Career He earned his Sky contract by impressing in the 2012 Tour of Britain going on the attack in the race's queen stage. He is a climber and was seen as a possible future prospect in Grand Tours. After two seasons with Sky his contract was not renewed at the end of 2014. In March 2015 he announced that we would join for the remainder of the 2015 season. 2013 Tour Of Britain
The 2013 Tour of Britain was the tenth running of the current Tour of Britain and the 74th British tour in total. The race consisted of eight stages, starting on 15 September in Peebles, and finishing on 22 September in London. The 2015 Tour d'Azerbaïdjan was a five-day cycling stage race that took place in Azerbaijan in May 2015, as the fourth edition of the Tour d'Azerbaïdjan. It was rated as a 2.1 event as part of the 2015 UCI Europe Tour. The race included five stages, starting in Baku on 6 May and returning there for the finish on 10 May. Rás Tailteann (; "Tailteann Race"), often shortened to the Rás, is an annual international cycling stage race, held in Ireland. Traditionally held in May, the race returned after a hiatus in 2022 as 5 day event held in June. By naming the race Rás Tailteann the original organisers, members of the National Cycling Association (NCA), were associating the cycle race with the Tailteann Games, a Gaelic festival in early medieval Ireland. The event was founded by Joe Christle in 1953 and was organised under the rules of the National Cycling Association (NCA). At that time competitive cycling in Ireland was deeply divided between three cycling organisations, the NCA, Cumann Rothaiochta na hÉireann (CRÉ) and the Northern Ireland Cycling Federation (NICF).
