Josh Adams (rugby Union)
Josh Adams (born 21 April 1995) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays for Cardiff Rugby in the United Rugby Championship and the Wales national team as a wing. In 2021, Adams was selected to represent the British & Irish Lions. Club career Adams began his career with Llanelli and made his debut against Pontypridd in 2013. He went on to make a total of 30 appearances for the club, scoring 9 tries. He made his first and only Scarlets appearance in the Anglo-Welsh Cup defeat to Cardiff Rugby in 2014. He is also a previous Wales U20 international. In May 2014, it was announced that Adams would move to Worcester from the 2015–16 season. In February 2016, Adams moved on loan to National League 1 side Cinderford until the end of the 2015–16 season. Swansea

Rugby Union Positions
In the game of rugby union, there are 15 players on each team, comprising eight forwards (wearing jerseys numbered 1–8) and seven backs (numbered 9–15). In addition, there may be up to eight replacement players "on the bench", numbered 16–23. Players are not restricted to a single position, although they generally specialise in just one or two that suit their skills and body types. A hat-trick or hat trick is the achievement of a generally positive feat three times in a match, or another achievement based on the number three. Origin The term first appeared in 1858 in cricket, to describe H. H. Stephenson taking three wickets with three consecutive deliveries. Dan Biggar
Daniel Biggar (born 16 October 1989) is a Welsh rugby union player currently playing for French Top 14 side Toulon as a fly-half. A Wales international, Biggar has also twice been selected to tour with the British and Irish Lions. The United Rugby Championship (URC) is an annual rugby union competition involving professional teams from Ireland, Italy, Scotland, South Africa, and Wales. The current name was adopted in 2021 when the league expanded to include four South African teams previously from the SANZAR Super Rugby competition. London Irish RFC is a professional rugby union club which competes in the Premiership, the top division of English rugby union. The club has also competed in the Anglo-Welsh Cup, the European Champions Cup and European Challenge Cup.
