Jorgeous is the stage name of Jorge Meza, a drag performer most known for competing on RuPaul's Drag Race (season 14), season 14 of ''RuPaul's Drag Race''. Early life Meza was born and raised to a Mexican Americans, Mexican American family in San Antonio, Texas. Career Meza started doing Drag (entertainment), drag and performing in Gay bar, gay bars at the age of 16. He has said, "The name Jorgeous came from the word 'gorgeous' and my boy name, which is Jorge." Jorgeous competed on RuPaul's Drag Race (season 14), season 14 of ''RuPaul's Drag Race''. After surviving multiple lip syncs, she was eliminated after failing to impress judges during a challenge in which contestants Roast (comedy), roasted series judge Ross Mathews. "Moulin Ru: The Rusical" is the twelfth episode of the fourteenth season of the American reality competition television series '' RuPaul's Drag Race'', which aired on VH1 on March 25, 2022. Episode The episode has contestants perform a Rusical parody-tribute to the film Moulin Rouge! for the main challenge. Andra Day served as guest judge, alongside regular panelists RuPaul, Michelle Visage, and Ross Mathews. During the challenge, contestants were required to dance and lip-sync on the main stage as they portrayed various characters and other aspects of the burlesque. Orion Story is the stage name of Chance Lambert, an American drag performer who competed on the fourteenth season of ''RuPaul's Drag Race''. Early life Chance Lambert was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He also lived in Spring Lake. Career Lambert began performing in drag at Hamburger Mary's and Rumors Nightclub. Lambert competed as Orion Story on the fourteenth season of ''RuPaul's Drag Race''. Orion Story was the first contestant on the series from Michigan. She was eliminated in the first episode, after placing in the bottom two and losing a lip-sync battle against June Jambalaya to Lizzo's 2017 song " Water Me". Werq The World
The Werq the World tour is an ongoing tour featuring drag queens from ''RuPaul's Drag Race''. The tour, created by Brandon Voss and some input by Shangela, is produced by Voss Events in collaboration with VH1 and World of Wonder. It is known for its large-scale shows on stages with jumbotron screens, which give performances a concert-style feel. History Werq the World was forced to reschedule its October 2017 stop in Houston due to the devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey. The tour returned to that city on February 7, 2018, with the queens making a donation to the Montrose Center's LGBTQ Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund. The donation was matched by Voss Events. ''RuPaul's Drag Race'' is an American reality competition television series, the first in the ''Drag Race'' franchise, produced by World of Wonder for Logo TV (season 1–8), WOW Presents Plus, VH1 (season 9–14) and, beginning with the fifteenth season, MTV.
