John Jaffer Janardhanan
''John Jaffer Janardhanan'' is a 1982 Malayalam-language masala film directed by I. V. Sasi, written by T. Damodaran, starring Ratheesh, Ravindran and Mammootty. It is a remake of the 1977 Hindi film ''Amar Akbar Anthony''. Plot Three brothers were separated at a young age, after their father abandoned them. The reason was because, their father had taken the blame of the crime committed by his master, Robert. The eldest was raised by a Hindu police officer, The second brother was raised by a Church priest, and the youngest was raised by a Muslim tailor. Ratheesh
Ratheesh (1954–2002) was an Indian actor best known for his work in Malayalam cinema. He was a native of Kalavoor in the Alappuzha district of Kerala, India. He performed villainous roles during the 1990s. He had acted in 158 films with directors such as K. G. George, I. V. Sasi, Joshiy, P. G. Vishwambharan, Thampy Kannamthanam, Sreekumaran Thampi, Rajasenan,P.K.Joseph and Shaji Kailas. Unlike other villains of the time, Ratheesh captivated the Malayalam movie lovers with his charms and handsome looks. Personal life He was born to Puthenpurayil V. Sreekumaran Thampi (born 16 March 1940) is an Indian lyricist, music director, director, producer, and screenwriter in Malayalam cinema. He also writes poetry and is a recipient of the Vallathol Award. In 2017, he was awarded the J. C. Daniel Award, Kerala government's highest honour for contributions to Malayalam cinema. Swapna Khanna is an Indian actress who worked in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi films from the 1980s and early 1990s. She was named Swapna, formerly Manjari Dhody, by Anil Sharma. Prathapachandran (1941–2004) was an Indian actor, who worked predominantly in Malayalam film industry, though he acted in a few Tamil and Telugu movies as well. He known for the portrayal of villainous and character roles in over 300 movies.
