John J. Diehl, Jr. (born August 28, 1965) is an American Lawyer, attorney and a Republican Party (United States), Republican former member of the Missouri House of Representatives. He represented the 89th district, which includes Ballwin, Missouri, Ballwin, Chesterfield, Missouri, Chesterfield, Country Life Acres, Crystal Lake Park, Missouri, Crystal Lake Park, Des Peres, Missouri, Des Peres, Frontenac, Missouri, Frontenac, Huntleigh, Missouri, Huntleigh, Kirkwood, Missouri, Kirkwood, Ladue, Missouri, Ladue, Manchester, Missouri, Manchester, and Town and Country, Missouri, Town and Country, from 2009 to 2015. Poplar Bluff is a medium city in Butler County in Southeast Missouri, United States. It is the county seat of Butler County and is known as "The Gateway to the Ozarks" among other names. The population was 16,225 at the 2020 census. The Poplar Bluff Micropolitan Statistical Area consists of all of Butler County. The city is at the crossroads of U.S. Route 60 and U.S. Route 67. Missouri Southern State University (Missouri Southern, MSSU, or MoSo) is a public university in Joplin, Missouri. It was established in 1937 as Joplin Junior College. De Smet Jesuit High School is a Catholic, college preparatory high school for boys located in Creve Coeur, Missouri, in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Saint Louis.
