John Arne Markussen
John Arne Markussen (born 20 May 1953) is a Norwegian journalist and newspaper editor. He was born in Repvåg, Nordkapp. He was journalist for the newspaper ''Altaposten'' from 1971 to 1976, and for ''Dagbladet ''Dagbladet'' (lit.: ''The Daily Magazine'') is one of Norway's largest newspapers and is published in the tabloid format. It has 1,400,000 daily readers on mobile, web and paper. Traditionally ''Dagbladet'' is considered the main liberal newspa ...'' from 1977. From 2011 he was appointed chief editor of ''Dagbladet''. Repvåg
Repvåg ( sme, Reiffváhki) is a small fishing village in Nordkapp Municipality in Troms og Finnmark county, Norway. The village is located along the western shore of the Porsangerfjorden on the mainland Porsanger Peninsula. The fishing village now has about 14 residents, but historically, it was one of the main ports and trading places in Finnmark county, especially during the Pomor trade with Russia which existed until the 1917 revolution in Russia. Repvåg Chapel is located in the village, serving the people in the southern part of Nordkapp municipality. Lars Helle (born 1 November 1962) is a Norwegian journalist and editor. He was chief editor of ''Rogalands Avis'' from 1996 to 2000. He was then hired in ''Dagbladet'', and held various mid-level leadership positions. When Thor Gjermund Eriksen withdrew in March 2006, Helle became acting chief editor.
