Joe Lancaster (musician)
Joe Lancaster (born 14 September 1990) is the former bassist of metalcore band With One Last Breath and rock band Asking Alexandria. He currently plays second trumpet with New York Brass Band, a New Orleans style Brass Band from York. Personal life Lancaster is currently studying music at Leeds College of Music. Music career Asking Alexandria (2008–2009) Asking Alexandria was formed by guitarist Ben Bruce who recruited Joe Lancaster in 2008, along with singer Danny Worsnop, synthesist Ryan Binns, drummer James Cassells and rhythm guitarist Cameron Liddell, however, along with Binns, Lancaster departed from the band in January 2009 and was replaced by Sam Bettley. With One Last Breath (2010–2014) Lancaster joined the band as a replacement for Jake Holmes who left the band in 2010. Ben Bruce
Benjamin Paul Bruce (born 31 October 1988) is an English musician. He is the lead guitarist and backing vocalist of rock band Asking Alexandria and has also performed as a solo artist. Bruce founded the band while he was living in Dubai but the band split and he moved back to the United Kingdom, where he then started the band again under the same name with Danny Worsnop. Biography Early life Bruce was born in Wandsworth, South London on 31 October 1988. At the age of six he and his family moved to Dubai. He would later move back to England in 2006 at age 17 in order to gain recognition in the music industry, which he would gain after forming Asking Alexandria. Bruce started playing the electric guitar at the age of 12 after being inspired by blues guitarists such as Eric Clapton, B.B. Glastonbury Festival (formally Glastonbury Festival of Contemporary Performing Arts and known colloquially as Glasto) is a five-day festival of contemporary performing arts that takes place in Pilton, Somerset, England. The trumpet is a brass instrument commonly used in classical and jazz ensembles. The trumpet group ranges from the piccolo trumpet—with the highest register in the brass family—to the bass trumpet, pitched one octave below the standard B or C trumpet. Danny Robert Worsnop (born 4 September 1990) is an English singer most prominently known as the lead vocalist of rock bands Asking Alexandria and We Are Harlot. He has worked with several artists including I See Stars, With One Last Breath, Breathe Carolina, Memphis May Fire, The Word Alive, All That Remains, and Testarossa, providing guest vocals on several songs.
