Joe Steven Holt (born 13 October 1997) is a British road and track cyclist from Wales, who currently rides for Tekkerz CC. Career At the 2022 British National Track Championships in Newport, Wales he won a British title after winning the team pursuit title. He switched to Tekkerz CC from the Wales Racing Academy and in 2023 won two more national titles; he won the Time Trial (or Kilo) and the Scratch, at the 2023 British Cycling National Track Championships . Swansea
Swansea (; cy, Abertawe ) is a coastal city and the second-largest city of Wales. It forms a principal area, officially known as the City and County of Swansea ( cy, links=no, Dinas a Sir Abertawe). British Cycling National Track Championships
The British National Track Championships are held annually and organised by British Cycling (formerly the British Cycling Federation). The main events are various track cycling disciplines for elite athletes to determine the British national champions. However, competitions are also held in age and disability categories. Until 1994 both amateur and professionals could take part in the 'Open' events, in addition to specific events that were restricted to either. The modern era is considered to have started in 1994 eventually replacing the amateur era. In November 1994, British Cycling moved its headquarters to the National Cycling Centre, Manchester, which held been opened earlier in the year by Princess Anne.
