Joe Hollimon (born November 5, 1952 in Trumann, Arkansas) is a former defensive back for the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League from 1976-1985. Trumann is a city in Poinsett County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 7,399 at the 2020 census. It is included in the Jonesboro Metropolitan Statistical Area. Geography Trumann is located in the Arkansas Delta at (35.676313, -90.519183). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of , all land. Ecologically, Trumann is located within the St. Francis Lowlands ecoregion within the larger Mississippi Alluvial Plain. The Edmonton Elks are a professional Canadian football team based in Edmonton, Alberta. The club competes in the Canadian Football League (CFL) as a member of the league's West Division and plays their home games at the Brick Field at Commonwealth Stadium.
