Joe Connor (footballer, Born 1986)
Joseph Connor (born 1 February 1986) is an English footballer who plays as a midfielder. Career College Connor came from his native England to the United States in 2004, where he subsequently played four years of college soccer at Lee University. He was named to the All-Conference Southern Athletic Conference team as a junior in 2006. Professional Connor signed with Charlotte Eagles out of college in 2008, and made his professional debut on 8 August 2008, as a second-half substitute in a game against Cleveland City Stars. In December 2011 he joined Stockport County on non-contract basis, a club both his father and grandfather had played for, he made his debut against Alfreton Town on 17 December 2011 and kept a clean sheet in a 0–0 draw. Joe's first goal came in a 3–2 home win against Barrow on 1 January 2012. His second goal wasn't too long after in a 2–2 draw away at Braintree Town. Stockport
Stockport is a town and borough in Greater Manchester, England, south-east of Manchester, south-west of Ashton-under-Lyne and north of Macclesfield. Jim Gannon
James Paul Gannon (born 7 September 1968) is a professional football manager and former player who most recently was manager of Hyde United. He started and finished his career as a player in Ireland, but made most of his professional appearances in the English Football League at Stockport County, where supporters elected him as a member of the Hall of Fame. Gannon began his playing career at Dundalk, but moved to English club Sheffield United in 1989. The next year he transferred to Stockport County, following a short loan spell with Halifax Town. He spent the next ten years at Stockport, becoming one of the club's most loyal servants, and helped the club to second-place finishes in both the Second Division and Fourth Division, as well as two League Trophy finals. Kieran James Charnock (born 3 August 1984) is an English footballer who plays as a defender. Career Born in Preston, Lancashire, Charnock began his career at Wigan Athletic, coming through the club's youth system. However, he failed to establish himself in the squad and was sent out on loan to Southport. Charnock was released by Wigan quickly moving on to Football Conference side Northwich Victoria. He became an important part of the team forming a partnership with Mark Roberts and was chosen for the England non-League team. Daniel O'Donnell (born 10 March 1986) is an English semi-professional footballer who last played as a defender for Warrington Town. Career Liverpool Born in Rainford, Merseyside, O'Donnell was 16 years old when he was spotted by Liverpool playing in a local amateur league for his village side 'Rainford Rangers'. He joined Liverpool in 2002, and moved up through the ranks, and was captain of the under-18 side. He was promoted to train with the first-team at Melwood in 2005.
