Jocky Petrie (chef)
James "Jocky" Petrie is a Scottish professional chef, best known for his work alongside chef Heston Blumenthal as head of development of the Experimental Kitchen at The Fat Duck, and as Group Executive Development Chef for Gordon Ramsay. He has regularly appeared as mentor and judge on a number of television shows including ''MasterChef'', ''Heston's Fantastical Food'', ''In Search of Perfection'', and '' Top Chef Suomi''. Petrie was a sous-chef to Gordon Ramsay on ''Hell's Kitchen'' in the show's seventeenth season and eighteenth season first broadcast in September 2017. Duror
Duror, ( gd, An Dùrar ) (meaning hard water), occasionally Duror of Appin is a small, remote coastal village that sits at the base of Glen Duror, in district of Appin, in the Scottish West Highlands, within the council area of Argyll and Bute in Scotland. The Inn at Little Washington is a luxury country inn and restaurant located in Washington, Virginia. Patrick O'Connell and Reinhardt Lynch founded the Inn in a former garage in 1978. It has been a member of the Relais & Châteaux hotel group since 1987. The Ledbury is a restaurant located on Ledbury Road, Notting Hill, London, England. The Hinds Head
The Hind's Head, also called The Hinds Head, is a gastropub in Bray, Berkshire. The pub dates from the 15th century, and was converted into a restaurant in the 1920s. It was awarded a single Michelin star in the 2013 edition of the Michelin Guide and has retained it ever since. It has been owned by chef Heston Blumenthal since 2004.
