Joan Gaspart
Joan Gaspart i Solves (; born 11 October 1944) is a Spanish businessman and a former FC Barcelona president between July 2000 and February 2003. He was born in Barcelona. He was vice president of the club during the presidency of Josep Lluís Nuñez between 1978 and 2000, before becoming president himself. He was heavily criticised for his presidency that lasted from 2000 to 2003, and also labelled himself as a poor president of the club. Gaspart spent the money from the sale of Luís Figo to Real Madrid, by buying Emmanuel Petit and Marc Overmars from Arsenal and Gerard from Valencia. Gaspart stepped down as president of FC Barcelona in 2003 with the club's football two points off relegation. From 2004 to 2011 he was president of football club UE Sant Andreu from Barcelona. Josep Lluís Núñez
José Luis Núñez Clemente (7 September 1931 – 3 December 2018), often known by the Catalanized form of his name used by the Catalan press, Josep Lluís Núñez i Clemente, was president of FC Barcelona between 1978 and 2000. He was elected club president, despite having no previous connection with the club. His main objectives were to establish Barça as a world class sports club and to give the club financial stability. Gerard López Segú (; born 12 March 1979), usually known as just Gerard, is a Spanish former professional footballer, and a manager. An all-around midfielder, he was known for precision passes and ball control skills. During his career, he played for several clubs including Barcelona and Valencia, helping the latter reach the 2000 Champions League final. Ángel María Villar Llona (born 21 January 1950) is a Spanish former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. After having represented Athletic Bilbao during a full decade (appearing in 361 official matches and scoring 11 goals), he went on to serve an even longer stint as president of the Spanish Football Federation. Club career Villar was born in Bilbao and emerged through the youth ranks of local Athletic Bilbao, going on to make his senior debuts in amateur football, loaned, after which he returned in 1971.
