Jiří Hřebec
Jiří Hřebec (born 19 September 1950) is a retired Czech professional tennis player. He won three singles and four doubles titles on the ATP Tour during his career. Hřebec achieved his highest singles ranking of world No. 25 in April 1974. Currently, he acts as one of the two trainers of the Czech tennis player Markéta Vondroušová, together with Jan Hernych. Teplice () (until 1948 Teplice-Šanov; german: Teplitz-Schönau or ''Teplitz'') is a city in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 49,000 inhabitants. Richard "Dick" LaClede Stockton (born February 18, 1951) is a former professional tennis player from the United States. In addition to his playing career, he was the head coach of the men's tennis team at the University of Virginia. for three years, from 1998-2001. Stockton also served as the Head Men's Tennis Coach at Piedmont College in Demorest, GA from 2018-2021. Stockton's highest world ranking was world No. 8. Patrice Beust
Patrice Beust (born 3 September 1944) is a former professional tennis player from France. Biography Beust played doubles for the France Davis Cup team during the 1960s. He featured in 13 ties and partnered Daniel Contet in all of his matches. It was with Contet that he won his only title on the Grand Prix circuit, the 1972 Monte Carlo Open, a top tier event that was part of the Grand Prix Super Series. He and Contet also made the semi-finals of the 1974 French Open. His other semi-final appearances at Grand Slam level came in the mixed doubles, at the 1976 French Open with Gail Benedetti and at the 1979 French Open with Betty Stöve. As a singles player he made the third rounds of the 1963 French Championships and the 1966 Wimbledon Championships. František Pála
František Pála (born 28 March 1944) is a former professional tennis player from the Czech Republic who competed for Czechoslovakia. His son Petr was also a tennis player. Career The Czechoslovak player took part in 15 Davis Cup ties for his national team, the first in 1966. At a tie in Barcelona in 1972, Pala had a win over Manuel Orantes. Earlier that year, in a tie against Sweden, Pala defeated Björn Borg, although the Swede was only 15 at the time. In all he played 25 rubbers, of which he won 15, all but one of them in singles. He later served as Czechoslovak Davis Cup captain. The Monte-Carlo Masters is an annual tennis tournament for male professional players held in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, France, a commune that borders on Monaco. The event is part of the ATP Tour Masters 1000 on the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) Tour. The tournament is played on clay courts and is held every year in the April–May period. The Monte Carlo tennis championship was first held in 1897. It became an "Open" event in 1969. From 1970 through 1973 and from 1976 through 1989 it was a major tournament of the Grand Prix Tour. Bernard Mignot (born 3 December 1948) is a former professional tennis player from Belgium. Biography Mignot was the first Belgian to win a Grand Prix or ATP title and the only one to do so for over 20-years. He defeated Jiří Hřebec in the final at Düsseldorf in 1974. He won twelve titles in singles and twenty-four titles in doubles in his professional career, and was part of the winning tennis squad at Stanford University in 1973.
