Nanyang is a prefecture-level city in the southwest of Henan province, China. Xichuan County () is a county in the southwest of Henan province, China, bordering the provinces of Hubei to the south and Shaanxi to the northwest. A prefecture-level city () or prefectural city is an administrative division of the People's Republic of China (PRC), ranking below a province and above a county in China's administrative structure. Shaanxi Province
Shaanxi (alternatively Shensi, see § Name) is a landlocked province of China.
