Jim Eason
Jim Eason is a conservative talk radio personality who hosted broadcasts from 1966 to 2000 in the San Francisco Bay Area. He always ended his talk shows with the catchphrase "Do what you can, but behave yourself". His early 1970s theme was "Hold On, I'm Coming" by Sam & Dave. He later changed his opening theme to the Dave Brubeck/Paul Desmond jazz classic "Take Five". Biography James H. Eason, Jr. was born December 26, 1935, in Burlington, North Carolina, and attended schools in Graham, and Glade Valley, as well as one year at Edwards Military Academy. He studied at Piedmont Bible College in Winston-Salem for a year before joining the United States Air Force in 1954. In the USAF weather service, Eason was stationed in Illinois, then at Sidi Slimane and Nouasseur Air Base from 1955 to 1956. Omar Khayam
Ghiyāth al-Dīn Abū al-Fatḥ ʿUmar ibn Ibrāhīm Nīsābūrī (18 May 1048 – 4 December 1131), commonly known as Omar Khayyam ( fa, عمر خیّام), was a polymath, known for his contributions to mathematics, astronomy, philosophy, and Persian poetry. He was born in Nishapur, the initial capital of the Seljuk Empire. As a scholar, he was contemporary with the rule of the Seljuk dynasty around the time of the First Crusade. KSFO (560 AM) is a commercial radio station in San Francisco, California. It is owned by Cumulus Media and airs a talk radio format. The station's studios and offices are on Battery Street in the SoMa district of San Francisco, along with five other Bay Area Cumulus stations. KSFO transmits with 5,000 watts. When radio waves travel further at night, KSFO switches to a directional antenna using a two-tower array, to protect other stations on 560 AM. Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) is a set of communication standards for simultaneous digital transmission of voice, video, data, and other network services over the digitalised circuits of the public switched telephone network. Work on the standard began in 1980 at Bell Labs and was formally standardized in 1988 in the CCITT "Red Book". By the time the standard was released, newer networking systems with much greater speeds were available, and ISDN saw relatively little uptake in the wider market. ''Kismet'' is a musical adapted by Charles Lederer and Luther Davis from the 1911 play of the same name by Edward Knoblock, with lyrics and musical adaptation (as well as some original music) by Robert Wright and George Forrest. The music was mostly adapted from several pieces composed by Alexander Borodin. The story concerns a wily poet who talks his way out of trouble several times; meanwhile, his beautiful daughter meets and falls in love with the young caliph.
