Jessie Lopez
Jessie Lopez (born March 29, 1986) is a Filipino volleyball player. He played with FEU Tamaraws collegiate men's collegiate volleyball team. He is currently playing for the Philippine Air Force Air Spikers in the Spikers' Turf. Career Collegiate Lopez played for FEU Tamaraws in the UAAP as a setter. In UAAP Season 69, he was awarded as Best Server. His team also won the championship after beating UP Fighting Maroons in Game 2 of best-of-three finals series. In UAAP Season 70, they got 13–1 win-loss record in the preliminary round tied with UST Golden Tigers. They won against UP Fighting Maroons in the Semis but they lost against UST Golden Tigers in the finals. Premier Volleyball League 1st Season Reinforced Open Conference
The Premier Volleyball League 1st Season Reinforced Open Conference was the first conference of the Premier Volleyball League (28th conference of the former Shakey's V-League). Conference started on April 30, 2017 and concluded on June 13, 2017. All elimination round games were played at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan while the semifinals and Finals games were held at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig. The women's tournament was supposed to feature the use of foreign reinforcements, however, they were initially unable to play due to difficulty in securing their international transfer certificates (ITC) from the FIVB. The Spikers' Turf 2nd Season was the second season of the men's volleyball league Spikers' Turf, the counterpart of the women's Shakey's V-League. In 2014, the Shakey's V-League introduced a men's division during its 21st conference. The following year, Sports Vision, the organizers of the Shakey's V-League decided to spin-off the men's vision as a separate tournament, giving birth to the Spikers' Turf. The Spikers’ Turf Reinforced Open Conference was the 3rd conference of the Spikers' Turf that started on October 10, 2015 at the Filoil Flying V Arena in San Juan. Tournament Format Preliminaries (PL) Teams will play a single round robin format. * The TOP 4 TEAMS will advance to the semi-finals (SF) round. * The bottom two (2) teams will be eliminated from the tournament. The 2014 PSL Grand Prix was the second tournament of the Philippine Super Liga for its 2014 season. The tournament ran from October 18, 2014 to November 30, 2014.
