Jessie Danielson
Jessie Danielson is an American politician from the State of Colorado. She is an elected member of the Colorado State Senate representing District 22 after being redistricted from District 20. Previously, she served in the Colorado House of Representatives representing District 24 in Jefferson County. A Democrat, Danielson was first elected in the November 4, 2014 general election. She was redistricted to the 22nd district in the 2022 Colorado Senate election, succeeding Brittany Pettersen. Biography Danielson is a resident of Wheat Ridge. She was born in Greeley and was raised on her family's farm near Ault, graduating from Highland High School. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder. Colorado's 22nd Senate district is one of 35 districts in the Colorado Senate. It has been represented by Democratic Party (United States), Democrat Jessie Danielson since 2023. Brittany Louise Pettersen (born December 6, 1981) is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative from Colorado's 7th congressional district since 2023. She previously served as a member of the Colorado Senate from the 22nd district, and in the Colorado House of Representatives, representing the 28th district. She is a member of the Democratic Party. Education Pettersen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. An absentee ballot is a vote cast by someone who is unable or unwilling to attend the official polling station to which the voter is normally allocated. Emerge America is a non-profit national political organization based in San Francisco with the mission to increase the number of Democratic women leaders from diverse backgrounds in public office through recruitment, training and providing a powerful network.
