Jeremy Clements Racing, formerly known as Jeremy Clements Motorsports, is an American professional stock car racing team. The team currently fields the No. 51 Chevrolet Camaro SS full-time for Jeremy Clements in the NASCAR Xfinity Series with crew chief Mark Setzer. Based in Spartanburg, South Carolina, the team was founded in 2010, and is owned by driver Jeremy Clements and his father Tony. The team has fielded cars in the Xfinity Series for Clements, Ty Dillon (loaning the No. 51 entry to Richard Childress Racing), and Ryan Sieg. Jeremy Clements
Jeremy Wayne Clements (born January 16, 1985) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He is the son of Tony Clements, owner of Clements Racing Engines. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 51 Chevrolet Camaro for Jeremy Clements Racing. Early career A native of Spartanburg, South Carolina, Clements began his racing career at the age of 8 by driving go-karts. In 1999, he moved on to race four-cylinder cars in both the Modified and Stock Series at Thunder Valley Speedway and Cherokee Speedway. The Go Bowling 250 was a NASCAR Xfinity Series stock car race that took place at Richmond Raceway in Richmond, Virginia in the month of September. It is held the night before the NASCAR Cup Series race, the Federated Auto Parts 400. Noah Gragson won the 2021 race which was the last year it was run. In 2018, as part of schedule realignment, the event became the first race of the NASCAR Xfinity Series playoffs. Stock car racing events in the NASCAR Xfinity Series has been held at the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California since the track's inauguration in 1997. The 300-mile (480 km) event is currently named Production Alliance Group 300 for sponsorship reasons since 2019. The 2022 Wawa 250 Powered by Coca-Cola was the 23rd stock car race of the 2022 NASCAR Xfinity Series, and the 21st iteration of the event. Due to inclement weather, the first half of the race was held on Friday, August 26, 2022, and the second half was held on Saturday, August 27, in Daytona Beach, Florida at Daytona International Speedway, a permanent D-shaped superspeedway. The race was increased from 100 laps to 118 laps, due to several NASCAR overtime finishes. In a chaotic and wreck filled race, Jeremy Clements, driving for his family team, Jeremy Clements Racing, scored the upset win after taking the lead when the final caution came out on the last lap. The 2022 NASCAR Xfinity Series was the 41st season of the NASCAR Xfinity Series, a stock car racing series sanctioned by NASCAR in the United States. The season started with the Beef. It's What's for Dinner. 300 on February 19 at Daytona International Speedway and ended with the NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship Race on November 5 at Phoenix Raceway. The website was founded by Jay "Jayski" Adamczyk in 1996 after he had difficulty finding news regarding the Melling Racing team, and subsequently worked to get all NASCAR news grouped together on the site. The site was purchased from Adamczyk by ESPN in 2007; after ESPN shut the site down in January 2019, Adamczyk reacquired the rights to Jayski-related properties in April 2019 and rolled out a limited version of the new website with a full launch occurring on May 13, 2019. The 2019 NASCAR Xfinity Series was the 38th season of the NASCAR Xfinity Series, a stock car racing series sanctioned by NASCAR in the United States. Matthew Kenneth Tifft (born June 26, 1996) is an American former professional stock car racing driver, and current team owner. He last competed in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 36 Ford Mustang for Front Row Motorsports until health issues cut his 2019 season short. In 2020, with his racing career in question due to a past brain tumor and a diagnosis of epilepsy, he became part owner of Live Fast Motorsports with B. J.
