Jeong Hyeong-don
Jung Hyung-don (; born February 7, 1978) is a South Korean comedian and television host. He is best known for his roles on the variety shows '' Infinite Challenge'' and ''Weekly Idol''. Early life and education Jung was born in Gimcheon in North Gyeongsang Province, South Korea. As a child, he moved with his family to Busan, where he later attended Busan Electronic Technical High School. After graduation, he worked for Samsung Electronics in Suwon for six years before entering the entertainment industry. Career Jung made his television debut on the sketch comedy show ''Gag Concert'' in 2002. On the show, he performed a sketch called "Do-Re-Mi Trio," in which he and two other comedians sang excerpts of popular songs, adding comedic punch lines to the end. In 2005, Jung joined the cast of a new variety show called '' Infinite Challenge''. Gimcheon
Gimcheon (; , trans., 'gold spring city') is a city in North Gyeongsang Province, South Korea. It is situated on the major land transportation routes between Seoul and Busan, namely the Gyeongbu Expressway and Gyeongbu Line railway. In ancient times, Gimcheon was famous for its three mountains (Geumo, Daedeok, Hwangak) and two rivers (Gamcheon, Jikjicheon). During the Chosun Dynasty, Gimcheon had one of the five largest markets in the region. FNC Entertainment (; stands for "fish and cake") is a South Korean entertainment company established in 2006 by South Korean singer and record producer Han Seong-ho. The label operates as a record label, talent agency, music production company, event management and concert production company, and music publishing house. The label previously known as FNC Music, only managed musicians but later changed its name to FNC Entertainment in 2012 and began to broaden their business field of entertainment. It has since January 2012, been based in its own company offices in Cheongdam-dong. The name is based on the miracle of feeding the multitude using only five loaves and the two fish. ''Hyung-don and Dae-joon's Hitmaker'' () is a 2014 South Korean variety television series presented by South Korean producer duo Jeong Hyeong-don and Defconn. It first aired on MBC Every1 on Tuesday at 6:00 pm KST beginning July 29, 2014. It ran for two seasons in 2014 and 2015, documenting the formation and debut processes of their first boy group Big Byung ( ko, 빅병) and their first girl group Chamsonyeo ( ko, 참소녀). It was renewed for another season in 2016, with Season 1 and 2 host Defconn being replaced by Beast's Yong Jun-hyung. The hosts, along with N.Flying's Cha Hun, travelled to Dublin, Ireland, to stage a performance. Defconn (rapper)
Yoo Dae-joon (; January 6, 1977), known by his stage name Defconn, is a South Korean rapper and television personality. Biography 2004 In 2004, Defconn received the Korean Music Award for "Best Hip-Hop Album". His songs are mostly comical, sometimes involving lyrics about sexual attraction and wishing for more popularity. One song of his, though, centered on the Yangju highway incident in which two South Korean girls lost their lives to an American military tank, which sparked anti-American sentiment in South Korea at the time. Kim Sung-joo (presenter)
Kim Sung-joo (born October 10, 1972) is a South Korean television host and a former announcer. A former sports broadcaster and presenter, he became known to the wider public as a variety show host and for his stint on the reality-variety show '' Dad! Where Are We Going?''. Early life Born and raised in North Chungcheong Province, Kim is the son of a Presbyterian minister. He attended high school in Cheongju and moved to Seoul, where he graduated from Chung-Ang University. Career Kim started his broadcasting career in 1995 as a public service announcement reader with the government channel KTV. He went into sports broadcasting, joining Korea TV Sports (now SBS Sports) and then Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC).
