FNC Entertainment (; stands for "fish and cake") is a South Korean entertainment company established in 2006 by South Korean singer and record producer Han Seong-ho. The label operates as a record label, talent agency, music production company, event management and concert production company, and music publishing house. The label previously known as FNC Music, only managed musicians but later changed its name to FNC Entertainment in 2012 and began to broaden their business field of entertainment. It has since January 2012, been based in its own company offices in Cheongdam-dong. The name is based on the miracle of feeding the multitude using only five loaves and the two fish. This is because Han Seong-ho is a devout Christian, he uses the name to hope for more miracles happen for the company. The label is home to prominent musical artists such as rock bands F.T. Choi Min-hwan (; Japanese:チェ•ミンファン; born 11 November 1992), also known by his mononym Minhwan, is a South Korean singer, musician, drummer and actor. He is a member of rock band F.T. Island, in which he serves as the drummer and backing vocalist. He is the youngest member of the group. Music career F.T. Island F.T. AOA Cream
AOA Cream is a subgroup of the South Korean girl group AOA, formed by FNC Entertainment in 2016. It is originally composed three of AOA members: Yuna, Hyejeong and Chanmi. Yuna left the group in January 2021. The group is notable for their debut single, ''I'm Jelly Baby.'' History During early 2016, FNC Entertainment announced the formation of the subgroup. AOA (group)
AOA (; an acronym for Ace of Angels) is a South Korean girl group formed by FNC Entertainment. The original 2012 eight-member line-up included: Choa, Jimin, Yuna, Youkyung, Hyejeong, Mina, Seolhyun and Chanmi. Youkyung left the group in 2016, while Choa left in 2017 due to mental health reasons, followed by Mina in 2019 to pursue her acting career, and Jimin in 2020 due to bullying allegations. Yuna and Seolhyun left in 2021 and 2022 respectively after their contracts expired. The group currently consists of the duo Hyejeong and Chanmi. Lee Seung-hyub (born October 31, 1992) is a South Korean rapper, singer, instrumentalist, songwriter, and actor. He is a member and leader of the South Korean band N.Flying. Trot (, ) is a genre of Korean popular music, known for its use of repetitive rhythm and vocal inflections.
