Jeff Brazier
Jeffrey Carl Brazier (born 27 May 1979) is an English television personality and presenter. Early life and education Brazier was brought up in Tiptree, near Colchester in Essex, and attended Thurstable School, a mixed state comprehensive school in his home town. Career Television In 2001, Brazier took part in the Channel 4 reality television show '' Shipwrecked'', in which he and fifteen other people had to stay on a tropical island without any creature comforts. After this, Brazier took part in the ITV programme '' Simply the Best'', as well as presenting the TV programmes ''Dirty Laundry'' and Big Brother Panto with June Sarpong. In 2003, Brazier appeared in ''Celebrity Wife Swap'' with then-girlfriend Jade Goody, opposite Charles Ingram. Tiptree
Tiptree is a village and civil parish in the English county of Essex, situated south-west of Colchester and around north-east of London. Surrounding villages include Messing, Tolleshunt Knights, Tolleshunt Major, Layer Marney, Inworth, Birch, Great Braxted, Great Totham and Little Totham. The placename 'Tiptree' is first attested in a charter of circa 1225, where it appears as ''Typpetre''. The name means "Tippa's tree". The population of the civil parish at the 2011 census was 9,152. The village has been expanding rapidly for several years with large numbers of new houses and estates being built, though it stills retains the title of being a village. Thurstable School
Thurstable School is a mixed (ages 11–18) secondary academy school, sports college and sixth form situated in the village of Tiptree, Essex, England. The school is about 8 miles south of Colchester. Controversy Thurstable gained some notoriety in 2018 as it was discovered that one of the teachers employed there who resigned in April 2017, Paul Kaufman, had acted in an "inappropriate" manner towards female students. Acts included, but not limited to, verbal comments about their appearance, to flirting, to touching their hair, and kicking students. When the school began to receive reports about his behaviour, Kaufman left as the school started to investigate. After the Department for Education banned Kaufman from teaching indefinitely, the former Head Teacher, Miles Bacon, reaffirmed that "the wellbeing of our students is always our highest priority." I'm Famous And Frightened!
''I'm Famous and Frightened!'' is a Living TV reality TV show in which eight celebrities stayed for three nights in a "haunted" castle. They had to then do terrifying challenges to raise money for charity; each one was evicted until only the winner was left. From Series 2 onwards, a spin-off show, titled ''I'm Famous and Frightened Extra'' was introduced, presented by Brian Dowling. Sky Living was a British pay television channel owned and operated by Sky. The channel's programming was aimed mainly at women and young adults. It originally launched as UK Living in 1993 and closed 25 years later, being replaced by Sky Witness. ''The Farm'' is the British version of the international TV format '' The Farm'', produced by Strix. The show had a number of celebrities appear on it during its two series run on Five between 2004 and 2005. After the completion of the second series in 2005, Five revealed that they would not be airing any further series of the show. In 2018, a revamped version of the show titled '' Celebs on the Farm'' premiered on 5Star. Format In the UK version of ''The Farm'', the show puts a group of celebrities on a farm where they live together for a short period of time. On the farm, the contestants must do typical farmer work involving agriculture and animal rearing. At regular intervals, one of the contestants is evicted from the farm by way of a public telephone vote. Charles Ingram
Charles William Ingram (born 6 August 1963) is an English novelist and former British Army major who gained notoriety for his appearance on the ITV television game show ''Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?''. In episodes recorded in September 2001, Ingram correctly answered fifteen questions to win the show's maximum prize of £1 million, becoming the third recorded contestant to ever do so. However, he was denied the winnings due to suspicion of cheating. Following a lengthy trial at Southwark Crown Court, Ingram was convicted on a single count of procuring the execution of a valuable security by deception. He was subsequently convicted of an unrelated offence involving insurance fraud in 2003 and ordered to resign his commission as a major by the Army Board. Wife Swap (UK TV Series)
''Wife Swap'' is a British reality television programme produced by independent television production company RDF Media and created by Stephen Lambert for Channel 4, first broadcast in 2003 and ran for 7 years before being cancelled. The show returned for a one-off special episode on 15 June 2017. In the programme, two families, usually from different social classes and lifestyles, swap wives/mothers – and sometimes husbands – for two weeks. In fact, the programme will usually deliberately swap wives with dramatically different lifestyles, such as a messy wife swapping with a fastidiously neat one. Despite using a phrase from the swinging lifestyle, couples participating in the show do not share a bed with the "swapped" spouse while "swapping" homes. June Konadu Sarpong (born 31 May 1977) is a British television presenter and executive. She was a panellist on ITV's ''Loose Women'' and is currently a panellist on the Sky News programme '' The Pledge''. In November 2019, Sarpong was appointed as the BBC's first Director of Creative Diversity. ''Big Brother Panto'' is a special series of '' Big Brother'' that brought together ten housemates from previous ''Big Brothers'' to produce the pantomime ''Cinderella''. It aired from 20 December 2004 to 5 January 2005 on the Channel 4 network. The pantomime performed, ''Cinderella'', was written by Jonathan Harvey, who wrote the sitcom '' Gimme Gimme Gimme''. Broadcasts ''Big Brother Panto'' aired from 20 December 2004 to 5 January 2005 and was presented by Jeff Brazier. It was broadcast each night on E4 at 10pm and repeated the following morning the T4 slot on Channel 4.
