Jeevan Ki Shatranj
''Jeevan Ki Shatranj'' is a 1993 Indian Hindi-language film directed by S. A. Chandrasekhar, starring Mithun Chakraborty, Farah (actress), Farah, Shilpa Shirodkar. The movie is a remake of director's own 1989 Tamil movie ''Rajanadai''. Plot ''Jeevan Ki Shatranj'' is the story of an honest CID Inspector Vijay who has been assigned to nab the killers of the commissioner, but he has his own family problems, as his wife is suffering from a serious disease. Vijay collects evidences against the killers but that goes missing. Shoba Chandrasekhar (born 24 August 1948) is an Indian playback singer, director, writer and film producer. She is the mother of actor Vijay. Personal life She married S. A. Chandrasekhar, who is an Indian film director, producer and writer. Her son Vijay is an actor in Tamil cinema and her daughter Vidhya died at the age of two. Sangeeta Sornalingam is her daughter-in-law. Her siblings are Sunder, Surendar and Sheela. Her mother is Mrs. Lalitha.
