Jeanne Poppe
Jeanne E. Poppe (born July 6, 1957) is a Minnesota politician and former member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), she represented District 27B, which includes all or portions of Dodge, Freeborn, and Mower counties in the southeastern part of the state. She is an educator and counselor at Riverland Community College, with campuses in Albert Lea, Austin and Owatonna. Early life, education, and career Poppe was born in Houston, Minnesota and attended Houston High School where she graduated in 1975. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin in River Falls, receiving her B.A. in Sociology and Criminal Justice in 1980. She earned her M.S. in Counseling from Winona State University in Winona in 1985. Jeffrey Allan Anderson (born April 21, 1970) is an American film and television actor, director, and screenwriter best known for starring as Randal Graves in ''Clerks (film), Clerks,'' ''Clerks II,'' and ''Clerks III''. In between, he has appeared in other Kevin Smith-directed films and has written, directed, and starred in ''Now You Know (film), Now You Know''. Owatonna, Minnesota
Owatonna () is a city in Steele County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 25,599 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Steele County. Owatonna is home to the Steele County Fairgrounds, which hosts the Steele County Free Fair in August. Interstate 35 and U.S. Highways 14, and 218 are three of the main routes in the city. History Owatonna was first settled in 1853 around the Straight River. The League of Women Voters (LWV or the League) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan political organization in the United States. Winona is a city in and the county seat of Winona County, in the state of Minnesota. Located in bluff country on the Mississippi River, its most noticeable physical landmark is Sugar Loaf.
