Jean-Pierre Grenier
Jean-Pierre Grenier (20 November 1914 – 21 February 2000) was a French actor, theatre director and screenwriter. In 1946, Jean-Pierre Grenier, in association with Olivier Hussenot, established "La Compagnie Grenier-Hussenot" which was disbanded in 1957. In 1974, he became director of the théâtre de Boulogne-Billancourt until 1984. He was the companion of Janine d'Almeida, impresario and producer. André Cayatte
André Cayatte (3 February 1909, in Carcassonne – 6 February 1989, in Paris) was a French filmmaker, writer and lawyer, who became known for his films centering on themes of crime, justice, and moral responsibility. Cayatte began his directoral career at the German-controlled Continental Films during the French occupation. Some of Cayatte's earlier films that addressed his characteristic themes include ''Justice est faite'' (''Justice is Done''; 1950), ''Nous sommes tous des assassins'' (''We Are All Murderers''; 1952), and ''Le passage du Rhin'' ('' Tomorrow Is My Turn''; 1960). Albert Lamorisse
Albert Lamorisse (; 13 January 1922 – 2 June 1970) was a French filmmaker, film producer, and writer of award-winning short films which he began making in the late 1940s. He also invented the strategic board game ''Risk'' in 1957. Life Lamorisse was born in Paris, France. He first came into prominence – just after ''Bim'' (1950) – for directing and producing ''White Mane'' (1953), an award-winning short film that tells a fable of how a young boy befriends an untamable wild white stallion in the marshes of Camargue (the ''Petite Camargue'').
