Jean-Claude Siapa Ivouloungou
Jean-Claude Siapa Ivouloungou (1958? – 3 July 2012) was a Congolese politician. A member of the Pan-African Union for Social Democracy (UPADS), he was a Deputy in the National Assembly of the Republic of Congo from 2002 to 2012. When the Pan-African Parliament began meeting in March 2004, he became one of the Republic of Congo's five members. Career Siapa Ivouloungou was elected to the National Assembly in the May–June 2002 parliamentary election as the UPADS candidate in Mayoko constituency, located in Niari Region; he won the seat in the first round with 54.38% of the vote. The Republic of the Congo (french: République du Congo, ln, Republíki ya Kongó), also known as Congo-Brazzaville, the Congo Republic or simply either Congo or the Congo, is a country located in the western coast of Central Africa to the west of the Congo river. 2012 Republic Of The Congo Parliamentary Election
Parliamentary elections were held in the Republic of the Congo on 15 July 2012. A second round was held on 5 August 2012. The second round was previously moved forward to 29 July, without explanation, but ultimately was held on the original date. Electoral system The 139 seats in the National Assembly were elected in single-member constituencies. If no candidate received a majority of votes, a second round was held in that constituency, in which the candidate receiving the most votes was declared the winner. Candidates had to be at least 25 years old and have no criminal record. Voting did not take place in three districts of Brazzaville, which had been affected by the death of 300 people after a munitions dump exploded in March. Stroke
A stroke is a medical condition in which poor blood flow to the brain causes cell death. There are two main types of stroke: ischemic, due to lack of blood flow, and hemorrhagic, due to bleeding. Both cause parts of the brain to stop functioning properly. Signs and symptoms of a stroke may include an inability to move or feel on one side of the body, problems understanding or speaking, dizziness, or loss of vision to one side. Pan-African Union For Social Democracy
The Pan-African Union for Social Democracy (french: Union panafricaine pour la démocratie sociale, UPADS) is a political party in the Republic of the Congo headed by Pascal Lissouba, who was President from 1992 to 1997. Ange Edouard Poungui
Ange (English: Angel) is a French progressive rock band formed in September 1969 by the Décamps brothers, Francis (keyboards) and Christian (vocals, accordion, acoustic guitar and keyboards). Since its inception the band's music has been inspired by medieval texts and fantasy. History Ange was initially influenced by Procol Harum and King Crimson, and their music was quite theatrical and poetic. Their first success in France was the cover of a Jacques Brel song, ''Ces gens-là'', on their second album ''Le Cimetière des Arlequins''. The band provided its first concert on January 30, 1970, at the cultural center "La Pépinière", in Belfort, France.
