Jay Malinowski
Jay Malinowski (born 1982) is a Canadians, Canadian singer, songwriter, visual artist and writer. He was born in Montreal, Quebec, and grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is best known as the vocalist and guitarist for reggae group Bedouin Soundclash. Personal life Born in Montreal, Quebec in 1982, Malinowski's family moved to Vancouver, British Columbia when he was nine months old. He attended St. George's School (Vancouver), St. George's School where he played his first show at the age of 16 as part of a school talent night. He received the Rigg Scholarship in his last year of high school. He attended Queen's University at Kingston, Queen's University where he graduated with a Bachelor Of Fine Arts Degree in 2004. Big Sugar (band)
Big Sugar is a band formed in Toronto in 1988 by Gordie Johnson, the band's lead singer, lead guitarist and main songwriter. Between 1996 and 2016, Big Sugar was among the top 80 best-selling Canadian artists in Canada and among the top 25 best-selling Canadian bands in Canada. History Big Sugar originally consisted of Johnson, bassist Terry Wilkins, and drummer Al Cross, though the three musicians had already played together for several years as a supporting band for Molly Johnson's jazz performances, and as an informal jam band with members of the Bourbon Tabernacle Choir. Kevin Lyman is the founder and operator of thKevin Lyman Group formerly known as 4Fini, Inc., a live event production company and brand strategy firm. His most notable live production is the live music festival series Vans Warped Tour, which attracted about 750,000 people annually and was the longest-running North American festival concert tour. ''Sounding a Mosaic'' is the second album from the Canadian rock band Bedouin Soundclash. The album was released on September 7, 2004. Recorded in Montreal and produced by Darryl Jenifer of Bad Brains, the album spawned the hit single "When the Night Feels My Song" which reached #1 on the Canada singles chart. Santiago de Compostela is the capital of the autonomous community of Galicia, in northwestern Spain. ''The Queen's Journal'' is the main student-run newspaper at Queen's University at Kingston in Kingston, Ontario. The paper was founded in 1873 and has been continually publishing ever since. It is as old as ''The Harvard Crimson'', the oldest continuously published student newspaper in the United States. ''The Journal'' is published twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays. The 2021-22 Editors in Chief are Aysha Tabassum and Shelby Talbot.
