Javivi
Javier Gil Valle, also known as Javivi, (born June 20, 1961 in Hervás, Province of Cáceres), is a Spanish actor. When he was a child, he lived in France and he went later to Madrid, where he studied secondary education and sociology. He worked as a social worker in Madrid Council and he later went back to Paris where he received a Ph.D degree in University of Paris, Sorbonne. In 1994, he went back to Spain, and he started a career as an actor with ''Inocente, Inocente''. His name Javivi is because of his stuttering. Plot The plot follows a love triangle between Maribel (the sister of a S&M worker), Manolo (a somewhat dumb former legion member) and Néstor (a widowed pastry chef). Cast Production The film is a Star Line TV production, and it had the participation of Canal Sur, TVC, Telemadrid, TVV, TVG, ETB, and Canal+. It was shot in Catalonia. It is an adaptation of Matthew Lewis's 1796 gothic novel of the same name, and chronicles the story and downfall of a Capucin Ambrosio (Vincent Cassel), a well-respected monk in Spain. Plot The film begins with the titular Monk, Ambrosio, listening with blank passivity to a nameless man who confesses horrific sexual sins, including the rape and incest of his niece. The monk quietly listens to the man admit to his sexual desires for his niece, Ambrosio only interrupting to remind the confessor that “No woman is worthless” after he declares that no woman compares to his niece.
