Javeria Abbasi ( ur, جویریہ عباسی) is a Pakistani film–television actress, model and host. She has appeared in the Hum TV serials '' Dil, Diya, Dehleez'' (in which she plays a lead role) and ''Thori Si Khushiyan'' as well as '' Doraha'', ''Andata'', ''Sotayli'', ''Tere Liye''; the ARY Digital serials "Darmiyan" ''Phool Wali Gali'' and ''Phir Kho Jayye Na'' and PTV serials ''Maamta'', '' Kash Mein Teri Beti Na Hoti'' and ''Chahatain''. More recently, she made her film debut in the 2011 Pakistani film, ''Saltanat''. She also worked with the singer and actor Ali Haider in PTV Long Play Pyar Agar Kabhi Phir Hua. ''Haara Dil'' is a 2018 Pakistani television series directed by Furqan Adam and written by Rabia Razzaq. The show stars Danish Taimoor and Hiba Bukhari as leads. The channel began its test transmission on 14 August 2002, with regular transmission beginning on 1 October 2002. History Geo Network was founded in May 2002 by Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman. It started out with the launch of its flagship channel Geo News in October 2002. Hamid Mir joined the channel and became one of the first journalists to join Geo News. ''Geo Entertainment HD'' or Geo Drama is a Pakistani entertainment television channel owned by Geo Television Network was established in May 2002. Its test transmission started on 14 August 2002 on the PAS 10 digital satellite whereas on 1 October 2002 the regular transmission of Geo Entertainment was started. History GEO has been one of the oldest Pakistani networks, and regularly has received good TRPs on various daily soaps, reality series, and drama serials since inception. Geo used to show a lot of daily soaps when it was in its initial years and the soaps got popular too. ''Doraha'' ( ur, ) (English: Crossroad) is a Pakistani drama television series which premiered on Geo Entertainment on 17 October 2008. It is an adaptation of an Urdu novel ''Mein Ne Khawabon Ka Shajar Dekha Hai'', written by Umera Ahmad. The serial is produced by Humayun Saeed and Abdullah Kadwani's production house 7th Sky Entertainment and directed by Mehreen Jabbar. The official soundtrack is called ''Tum Kahan Chal Diye'', composed and performed by Jal the band. It was one of the tracks in Jal's album Boondh, released in 2007 and was well received by the listeners.
