Javari
The Javary River, Javari River or Yavarí River ( es, Río Yavarí, links=no; pt, Rio Javari, links=no) is a tributary of the Amazon that forms the boundary between Brazil and Peru for more than . It is navigable by canoe for from above its mouth to its source in the Ucayali highlands, but only 260 were found suitable for steam navigation. The Brazilian Boundary Commission ascended it in 1866 to the junction of the Shino with its Jaquirana branch. The country it traverses in its extremely sinuous course is very level, similar in character to that of the Juruá. There are a number of small private reserves along the river, which arrange wildlife viewing. Curuçá River (Javari River Tributary)
Curuçá River is a river of Amazonas state in northwestern Brazil. It is entirely within the municipality of Atalaia do Norte. Amazon River
The Amazon River (, ; es, Río Amazonas, pt, Rio Amazonas) in South America is the largest river by discharge volume of water in the world, and the disputed longest river system in the world in comparison to the Nile. The headwaters of the Apurímac River on Nevado Mismi had been considered for nearly a century as the Amazon basin's most distant source, until a 2014 study found it to be the headwaters of the Mantaro River on the Cordillera Rumi Cruz in Peru. Ituí River
The Ituí River is a river of the upper Amazon Basin. It traverses some 370 km of the Atalaia do Norte municipality in the Amazonas state of north-western Brazil. It drains a very low gradient, dropping hardly 100 m over its whole extent, which results in extensive meandering. The Rio Negro, Beija-flor and Branquinho are some of its western tributaries, while the Rio Novo is its main eastern tributary. Downstream it joins the Itaquai River to form the upper Solimões. Juruá River
The Juruá River (Portuguese ''Rio Juruá''; Spanish ''Río Yuruá'') is a southern affluent river of the Amazon River west of the Purus River, sharing with this the bottom of the immense inland Amazon depression, and having all the characteristics of the Purus as regards curvature, sluggishness and general features of the low, half-flooded forest country it traverses. The Brazil–Peru border is the line, located in the Amazon Rainforest, that limits the territories of Brazil and Peru.
