Javad Bushehri ( fa, جواد بوشهری; 1893–1972), also known as Amir Homayun, was an Iranian businessman and statesman who held several government posts. In addition, he served at the Majlis and Senate and also, was the governor of the Fars province. Early life and education Javad Busehri was born in Bushehr in 1893. Javad Owji
Javad Owji ( fa, جواد اوجی; born 24 July 1966) is an Iranian oil engineer and politician who has been serving as the minister of oil since 25 August 2021. Early life and education Owji was born in Mashhad in 1966. He received a bachelor's degree in oil engineering from Petroleum University of Technology in Ahwaz. Career From 1980 Owji worked in the oil-related public offices. He was the deputy oil minister and the head of the National Iranian Gas Company from 2009 to 2013 during the last term of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. He also served in various oil-related posts, including chairman of the board of supervision of production and gas refineries and vice chairman of Petro Mofid Oil and Gas Development Holding. Javad Sadr ( fa, جواد صدر; 1912–1990) was an Iranian diplomat and politician who held various public and cabinet posts. He was one of the Iranian ambassadors to Japan. He was the minister of interior and minister of justice in the 1960s. Early life and education Sadr was born in Tehran in 1912. He received a degree in law from the University of Tehran and a PhD from a French university. Career Following his graduation Sadr started his career at the Ministry of Interior. Then he began to work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was first secretary at the Iran's general consulate in Palestine from 1945 to 1947. Mohammad Javad Bagher Tondguyan ( fa, محمدجواد تندگویان; 16 June 1950 – 16 December 1991) was an Iranian engineer and petroleum minister under Prime Minister Mohammad-Ali Rajai from 2 September to 3 November 1980 when he was captured by the Iraqi forces in November 1980 during Iran-Iraq war. Early life and education Tondguyan was born on 16 June 1950. He was involved in opposition movement against Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi in 1967 and was detained and interrogated by the SAVAK. During this period he met Mohammad Khatami. Mohammad Javad Zarif Khansari ( fa, محمدجواد ظریف خوانساری, Mohammad-Javād Zarīf Khānsāri ; ; born 8 January 1960) is an Iranian career diplomat and academic. He was the foreign minister of Iran from 2013 until 2021 in the government of Hassan Rouhani. During his tenure as foreign minister, he led the Iranian negotiation with P5+1 countries which produced the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action on 14 July 2015, lifting the economic sanctions against Iran on 16 January 2016.
