Jason Gore
Jason William Gore (born May 17, 1974) is an American professional golfer. Amateur career Gore was born in Van Nuys, California. He grew up playing junior golf with Tiger Woods. Gore attended the University of Arizona, then transferred to Pepperdine University. At Pepperdine, he was part of their NCAA Division I Championship team in 1997. He also played on the victorious Walker Cup team that year. Professional career Gore turned professional in 1997. In 2005, he played on the PGA Tour after moving from the Nationwide Tour mid-season, after receiving a battlefield promotion, which is given when a player wins three Nationwide Tour events in one season. Gore has one PGA Tour win, the 84 Lumber Classic in 2005, and is the all-time leader in career wins on what is now the Korn Ferry Tour, with seven. Van Nuys () is a neighborhood in the central San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, California. Home to Van Nuys Airport and the Valley Municipal Building, it is the most populous neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley. Michael Campbell
Michael Shane Campbell (born 23 February 1969) is a New Zealand professional golfer who is best known for having won the 2005 U.S. Open and, at the time, the richest prize in golf, the £1,000,000 HSBC World Match Play Championship, in the same year. He played on the European Tour and the PGA Tour of Australasia. Early life, amateur career Campbell was born in Hāwera, Taranaki. Ethnically, he is predominantly Māori, from the Ngāti Ruanui (father's side) and Ngā Rauru (mother's side) iwi. Mike Grob
Mike Grob (born May 6, 1964) is an American professional golfer. He attended the University of Arkansas and has been a member of the PGA Tour, Web.com Tour, and Canadian Tour. Amateur career Grob won the Montana Amateur in 1983, 1984, and 1985. Web.com Tour Grob spent 1999–2001 on what is now known as the Web.com Tour (then known as the Nike Tour (1999) and Buy.com Tour (2000–01)). His best finish was 2nd place at the 2000 Buy.com New Mexico Classic. PGA Tour Grob finished T34 at the 2002 PGA Tour Q-School which earned him his tour card for the 2003 PGA Tour season. Carlos Franco
Carlos Daniel Franco (born 24 May 1965) is a Paraguayan professional golfer who currently plays on the PGA Tour Champions. He is the brother of golfer Ángel Franco. Franco was born in Asunción, Paraguay. He comes from a poor background and grew up in a one-room, dirt-floor home. His father was a greenkeeper and caddie, and he has five brothers, all of whom became golf professionals. Carlos turned professional in 1986 and has played in many parts of the world. He has won more than twenty tournaments in Latin America, and from 1994 to 1999 he won five times on the Japan Golf Tour. He also won the 1994 Philippine Open title on the Asia Golf Circuit and claimed the Order of Merit title that season. California State Amateur
The California Amateur Championship or California Amateur is a golf championship held in California for the state's top amateur golfers. The tournament is run by the California Golf Association. The first event was held in 1912 at the Del Monte Golf Club. It was played at Pebble Beach Golf Links from 1919 to 2006. Charles Gordon Howell III (born June 20, 1979) is an American professional golfer who currently plays on LIV Golf and formerly on the PGA Tour. The RSM Classic is a golf tournament on the PGA Tour, played in the autumn in Georgia. It debuted in October 2010 on St. Simons Island, Georgia at the Sea Island Golf Club. The tournament was known as the McGladrey Classic until 2015, when the title sponsor's name changed from McGladrey to RSM US.
