Janne Andersson
Jan Olof "Janne" Andersson (; born 29 September 1962) is a Swedish football coach who manages the Sweden national team. He is also a former player, with his playing career lasting 14 years between 1979 and 1993 playing for different Swedish clubs. Playing career Andersson spent the majority of his playing career with Alets IK, but also briefly represented IS Halma and Laholms FK. A prolific goalscorer, he is Alet IK's all-time highest goalscorer and scored five goals in his last-ever appearance for the club. Managerial career Early career During Andersson's early managerial years, he managed Alets IK and Laholms FK. Halmstad While at Halmstads BK, Andersson's team knocked out Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon in the UEFA Cup, who had made it all the way to the UEFA cup final the previous year. Sweden National Football Team
The Sweden national football team ( sv, svenska fotbollslandslaget) represents Sweden in men's international football and it is controlled by the Swedish Football Association, the governing body of football in Sweden. Sweden's home ground is Friends Arena in Solna and the team is coached by Janne Andersson. From 1945 to late 1950s, they were considered one of the greatest teams in Europe. The 1994 FIFA World Cup was the 15th FIFA World Cup, the world championship for men's national soccer teams. It was hosted by the United States and took place from June 17 to July 17, 1994, at nine venues across the country. The United States was chosen as the host by FIFA on July 4, 1988. The 2018 FIFA World Cup was the 21st FIFA World Cup, the quadrennial world championship for men's national football teams organized by FIFA. It took place in Russia from 14 June to 15 July 2018, after the country was awarded the hosting rights in 2010. It was the eleventh time the championships had been held in Europe, and the first time they were held in Eastern Europe. 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualification (UEFA)
The European section of the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification acted as qualifiers for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, which was held in Russia, for national teams that are members of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA). Apart from Russia, who qualified automatically as hosts, a total of 13 slots in the final tournament were available for UEFA teams. The qualifying format was confirmed by the UEFA Executive Committee meeting on 22–23 March 2015 in Vienna. The FIFA World Cup, often simply called the World Cup, is an international association football competition contested by the senior men's national teams of the members of the ' ( FIFA), the sport's global governing body. Erik Hamrén
Erik Anders Hamrén (born 27 June 1957) is a Swedish manager and former football player, who is the manager of Danish Superliga club AaB. He also previously coached the Sweden national football team between 2009 and 2016 and the Iceland national football team from 2018 to 2020. Playing career Hamrén played in local team Ljusdals IF before starting his coaching career. An injury ended his playing career. The 2015 Allsvenskan, part of the 2015 Swedish football season was the 91st season of Allsvenskan since its establishment in 1924. The 2015 fixtures were released on 21 January 2015.
