"Jane" is a 1979 song by Jefferson Starship from the album ''Freedom at Point Zero''. The song peaked on the ''Billboard Hot 100'' at No. 14, and spent three weeks at No. 6 on the ''Cash Box'' Top 100. In Canada, the song peaked at No. 13. ''Billboard Magazine'' described "Jane" as "a fiery track paced by stinging guitars and some burning rhythm work." ''Cash Box'' described it as "an explosive rocker, with slashing guitars." It is one of the few songs that was performed live by both the David Freiberg-led Jefferson Starship and the Mickey Thomas-led Starship. Jefferson Starship
Jefferson Starship is an American rock band from San Francisco, California, formed in 1974 by a group of musicians including former members of Jefferson Airplane. Between 1974 and 1984, they released eight gold or platinum-selling studio albums, and one gold-selling compilation. The album ''Red Octopus'' went double-platinum, reaching No. 1 on the ''Billboard'' 200 chart in 1975. The band went through several major changes in personnel and genres through the years while retaining the Jefferson Starship name. The band name was retired in 1984, but it was picked up again in 1992 by a revival of the group led by Paul Kantner, which has continued since his death in 2016. The group was formed by former Jefferson Airplane members Kantner and Grace Slick, and evolved from several solo albums they had recorded. All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Jacksonville, Florida. It is considered the second largest wrestling promotion in the United States behind WWE. In professional wrestling, the independent circuit or indie circuit is the collective noun, collective name of independent professional wrestling promotions which are smaller than major televised promotions. It is roughly analogous to a minor league for pro wrestling, or community theatre, community or Regional theatre in the United States, regional theatre. Specific promotions on the independent circuit are referred to as indie promotions or indies. James Cipperly (born May 4, 1984), better known by his ring name Orange Cassidy, is an American professional wrestler and wrestling trainer. He is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he is the current AEW All-Atlantic Champion in his first reign. Prior to signing with AEW, he had previously performed for the Chikara promotion as the ''luchador enmascarado'' ( masked professional wrestler), Fire Ant.
