James Maloney (rugby League)
James Maloney (born 15 June 1986) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer who currently plays for FC Lezignan XIII in the Elite One Championship. A or , Maloney also previously played for the Melbourne Storm, New Zealand Warriors, Sydney Roosters, Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks and the Penrith Panthers in the NRL, and the Catalans Dragons in the Betfred Super League. He won the 2013 NRL Grand Final with the Roosters and the 2016 NRL Grand Final with the Sharks. 2016 NRL Grand Final
The 2016 NRL Grand Final was a rugby league match between the Melbourne Storm and the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks to determine the premiers of the National Rugby League for the 2016 season. The match was held at Sydney's ANZ Stadium on Sunday 2 October. Cronulla-Sutherland won the match 14–12 in a tight contest before 83,625 spectators, earning the club its first premiership title in their 49-year history. The Central Coast Roosters, formerly Central Coast Centurions, are an Australian rugby league football club (previously known as the Rip or Storm) based in the Central Coast region in New South Wales. The Wentworthville Magpies, colloquially known as ''Wenty'', are a rugby league team based in the suburb of Wentworthville in Sydney's Western Suburbs. Founded in 1963 (or 1937), the club has competed in various Sydney district competitions and, since 2003, the semi-professional Ron Massey Cup and Sydney Shield competitions in NSW, Australia. The Parramatta Eels are an Australian professional rugby league football club based in the Sydney suburb of Parramatta that competes in the National Rugby League. The Parramatta District Rugby League Football Club was formed in 1947, and their home ground was Parramatta Stadium (formerly Cumberland Oval). Ourimbah Wyoming Magpies
The Ourimbah Wyoming Magpies are an Australian rugby league football club based in the suburb of Ourimbah on the Central Coast of NSW. They have numerous teams competing in competitions run by the Central Coast Division of Country Rugby League, from U/7s through to First Grade. The Magpies' current home ground is Bill Sohier Park and their traditional colours are black and white. History Ourimbah cites its establishment date as 1913, when the club competed in Second Grade of the Newcastle Rugby Union. The team were runners-up to North Newcastle, losing the Final by 18 points to nine. Ourimbah was a founding member of the Central Coast's first organised rugby league competition in 1915, along with Erina, Matcham, Wyong and Yarramalong. St Edwards Bears
The St Edwards Bears are an Australian junior rugby league football club associated with St Edward's College, East Gosford, on the Central Coast of NSW. They have numerous teams competing in competitions run by the Central Coast Division of Country Rugby League, from Under 7s through to Under 16s. Since 2013, the club has also fielded a team in the senior, Open Age competition. The Bears play their home matches on the grounds of the college. Their traditional colours are red and black.
