James Ede
James Luke Ede (born 19 September 1984) is an English cricketer. Ede is a right-handed batsman who bowls right-arm medium pace. He was born at Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire. Ede played a single List-A match for the Derbyshire Cricket Board in the 1st round of the 2003 Cheltenham & Gloucester Trophy against the Middlesex Cricket Board, a match which was played in 2002. During the match he scored 10 runs and took a single wicket, that of Rajesh Rao. In local domestic cricket, Ede plays for Quarndon Cricket Club who play in the Derbyshire Premier Cricket League. Burton-on-Trent
Burton upon Trent, also known as Burton-on-Trent or simply Burton, is a market town in the borough of East Staffordshire in the county of Staffordshire, England, close to the border with Derbyshire. In 2011, it had a population of 72,299. The demonym for residents of the town is ''Burtonian''. Burton is located south-west of Derby, north-west of Leicester, west-south-west of Nottingham and south of the southern entrance to the Peak District National Park. Burton is known for its brewing. Rajesh P. N. Rao (born July 2, 1970 in Madras, India) is the Director of the NSF Center for Neurotechnology (CNT) and the Cherng Jia and Elizabeth Yun Hwang Professor of Computer Science and Engineering and Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Washington in Seattle. He is a researcher in the fields of computational neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and brain-computer interfacing. With Dana Ballard, he proposed the predictive coding model of brain function in 1999. He has contributed to Bayesian models of perception and decision making. Quarndon Cricket Club
Quarndon is a linear village in the south of the Amber Valley District of Derbyshire, England. It is spread along four minor upland roads, approximately 1 mile north of the Derby suburb of Allestree, two of which lead towards the city. Many tourists throughout the 18th and early 19th centuries visited Quarndon's chalybeate springs within and next to its wellhouse.
