Jake Flannery (born 7 June 1999) is an Irish rugby union player for United Rugby Championship and European Rugby Champions Cup, Champions Cup side Ulster Rugby, Ulster. He plays as either a Rugby union positions#Fly-half, fly-half or Rugby union positions#Full-back, fullback and represents Shannon RFC, Shannon in the All-Ireland League (rugby union), All-Ireland League. Early life Born in Bansha, County Tipperary, Flannery first began playing rugby with Kilfeacle and District RFC, before going on to attend Rockwell College, where he helped guide the school to the semi-finals of the 2018 Munster Schools Rugby Senior Cup. He achieved a maximum of 625 points in his Leaving Certificate (Ireland), leaving cert, which resulted in Flannery being awarded the prestigious Naughton Foundation scholarship, and he is now studying chemical engineering at the University of Limerick. Bansha
Bansha () is a village in County Tipperary in Ireland. The village is part of the parish of "Bansha and Kilmoyler" (united in 1858) in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cashel and Emly. It is in the historical barony of Clanwilliam. Bansha is co-extensive with the pre-Reformation parish of Templeneiry of which the townland name of Templenahurney is thought to be a corruption. The Leaving Certificate Examination ('' ga, Scrúdú na hArdteistiméireachta''), commonly referred to as the Leaving Cert or (informally) the Leaving ('' ga, Ardteist , links=no''), is the final exam of the Irish secondary school system and the university matriculation examination in Ireland. It takes a minimum of two years' preparation, but an optional Transition Year means that for those students it takes place three years after the Junior Certificate Examination. The England Under 20 rugby team are the newest representative rugby union team from England. They replace the two former age grade teams Under 19s and Under 21s. Benetton Rugby, also known as Benetton Treviso ( or ), is an Italian professional rugby union team based in Treviso, Veneto competing in the United Rugby Championship, the European Rugby Challenge Cup and European Champions Cup. Treviso rugby team was founded in 1932 and has won 15 Italian national championships. The team has been owned by the Benetton clothing company since 1979. Darren Sweetnam (born 5 May 1993) is an Irish rugby union player for French Pro D2 club Oyonnax. He plays as a wing but can also play fullback. Sweetnam is also a former inter-county hurler with Cork and has played underage hockey for Ireland. 2019–20 Munster Rugby Season
