Jake Crum
Christopher Jake Crum (born September 25, 1991) is an American professional stock car racing driver. Racing career Through 2006, Crum captured multiple National Championships through the WKA, IKF, and INEX organizations. In 2007, Crum became the youngest driver to win a UARA-Stars Late Model Touring Series event at the age of 15. In 2008, Crum set the bar one notch higher by clinching the UARA-Stars Championship driving for the family-owned operation. Economic pressures forced Crum to run a partial schedule in 2009. The mixed schedule included Crum's ARCA Racing Series debut, which resulted in a 6th-place finish at Mansfield Motorsports Park. Crum also debuted in the Pro All Stars Series South division with a 2nd-place finish at Newport Speedway. Legends car racing is a style of auto racing designed primarily to promote exciting racing and to keep costs down. The race car bodyshells are 5/8-scale replicas of American automobiles from the 1930s and 1940s, powered by Yamaha XJ1250, FJ1200 (both air-cooled) or, starting in 2018, FZ09 (water-cooled) engines. The worldwide sanctioning body for legends car racing is INEX. Legends cars are a " spec" series, meaning all cars are mechanically identical, with the exception of three styles of car (standard coupe, '34 coupe, and sedan) available with 10 types of body styles. Charlotte Motor Speedway (previously known as Lowe's Motor Speedway from 1999 to 2009) is a motorsport complex located in Concord, North Carolina, outside Charlotte. The complex features a quad oval track that hosts NASCAR racing including the prestigious Coca-Cola 600 on Memorial Day weekend, and the Bank of America Roval 400. Daytona International Speedway
Daytona International Speedway is a race track in Daytona Beach, Florida, United States. Since opening in 1959, it has been the home of the Daytona 500, the most prestigious race in NASCAR as well as its season opening event. Jennifer Jo Cobb (born June 12, 1973) is an American professional stock car racing driver and team owner. She competes part-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, driving the No. 10 Chevrolet Silverado for her own team, Jennifer Jo Cobb Racing. She has also competed in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, ARCA Menards Series, and the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series in the past. Racing career She started racing in 1991 at Lakeside Speedway. The ARCA Menards Series East (formerly Busch East Series, Busch North Series, Camping World East Series, and NASCAR K&N Pro Series East) is a regional stock car racing series owned and operated by the Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA) and the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR). Races are held at oval tracks ranging from in length and on two road courses, in length. Martinsville Speedway
Martinsville Speedway is a NASCAR-owned stock car racing short track in Ridgeway, Virginia, just south of Martinsville. At in length, it is the shortest track in the NASCAR Cup Series. The track was also one of the first paved oval tracks in stock car racing, being built in 1947 by partners H. Clay Earles, Henry Lawrence, and Sam Rice, nearly a year before NASCAR was officially formed. It is also the only race track that has been on the NASCAR circuit from its beginning in 1948. Along with this, Martinsville is the only oval track on the NASCAR circuit to have asphalt surfaces on the straightaways and concrete to cover the turns.
