Jakarta Kota–Anyer Kidul Railway
The railway between Jakarta and Anyer Kidul is a railway connecting several places in the province of Banten to Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia. It was constructed between 1899 and 1900 in the Dutch colonial age, during which it was also known as the Banten railway (). History The public railway company Staatsspoorwegen built the line in 1899 and 1900 as part of the Western railways () in order to improve connectivity with the western regions on Java. On 2 January 1899, the first part was opened between Batavia Zuid ( Jakarta Kota) and Tangerang. Until 12 September 1923, this line started from Batavia Zuid, headed west across the street via Pasar Pagi (current day Petongkangan street), turned south to Angke after which the railway followed the current route via Duri. Due to the narrow streets downtown, the new railway from 1923 went around the city on partially elevated tracks. Serang Railway Station
Serang Station (), is a railway station located in Cimuncang, Serang, Serang, Banten on the Merak–Tanah Abang railway. The station is located to the northeast of the city center. Previously, this station also served long-distance passenger trains and local trains such as Kalimaya, Patas Merak and Krakatau trains. As of 1 April 2017, the Kalimaya and Patas Merak trains were declared to have stopped operating because they were replaced by the new Rangkasbitung Line service of the KRL Commuterline, and on the same date, the Merak Local Train route was cut to only Rangkasbitung– Merak PP, from the previous Tanah Abang–Merak PP route. Kampung Bandan Station (KPB) is a railway station located on the border of North Jakarta and Central Jakarta. This station is located close to WTC Mangga Dua. This station has elevated and ground-level tracks. The elevated level tracks are used by trains between Jakarta Kota and Tanjung Priuk, as the Tanjung Priuk Line. Duri Railway Station
Duri Station (DU) () is a railway station located in West Jakarta. It serves as the starting point and the eastern terminus of the Tangerang Line service. The station is a major transfer point for commuters to or from Tangerang. When the Jakarta Kota-Manggarai railway is disrupted, trains between and are rerouted via Duri. This station has one side platform and two island platforms. Platform number 1 and 2 serves Cikarang Loop Line, platform 3 and 4 serves as a stop for Soekarno–Hatta Airport Rail Link, and platform number 5 serves as both starting point and terminus for Duri-Tangerang Line (Tangerang Line). Angke Railway Station
Angke station ( id, Stasiun Angke) is a railway station located in Tambora, West Jakarta, Indonesia. It is served by the Cikarang Loop Line of the KRL Commuterline. This station has three tracks with tracks 2 and 3 as the through tracks. In early 2008, the station was cleared from hundreds of illegal huts on the land near the station. Before February 2017, this station was used for the beginning and end of local train trips serving Banten, such as Langsam, Banten Express, and Patas Merak, while the KRL Commuterline ran without stopping at this station. For Kalimaya and Rangkas Jaya trains, the beginning and end of the trip remained from Tanah Abang Station.
