Jackpot (1993 Film)
''Jackpot'' is a 1993 Malayalam-language film, directed by Jomon.It stars Mammootty, Tejas Kapadia, Aishwarya and Gautami, with Kannada actor R. N. Sudarshan playing the antagonist. It portrays the story of a race jockey. Summary Gowtham Krishna (Mammootty) and Sindhu (Aishwarya) get married opposing her rich parents' disapproval. Sindhu ( Aishwarya ) dies after giving birth to their son Rahul (Tejas Kapadia). Jomon (director)
Jomon is an Indian screenwriter and director. He was active in Malayalam cinema between the years 1990 and 2006. His directorial debut film was ''Samrajyam'' and it was a run away hit in Malayalam film industry. This film was dubbed and released in the same name in Andra pradesh, Tamil Nadu and did well in box office. Bahadoor
Padiyath Kochumoideen Kunjalu (1930 22 May 2000), known by his stage name Bahadoor, was an Indian actor and comedian who, along with Adoor Bhasi, redefined the way in which comedy and funny scenes were perceived in the Malayalam cinema. They made a significant contribution toward establishing comedy as the predominant genre of Malayalam cinema. Bahadoor also appeared in some serious roles and in professional plays.
