Gavin Packard
Gavin Packard (9 June 1964 – 18 May 2012) was an Indian actor of Irish American, Irish American descent, noted for the villainous roles he portrayed in many Bollywood films of the 1990s like Sadak, ''Mohra'', ''Tadipaar'' and ''Chamatkar''. He had also acted in several Malayalam films like ''Aayushkalam'', ''Season (film), Season'', ''Aanaval Mothiram'' and ''Aryan (1988 film), Aryan''. However, he left the industry in the early 2000s. He has also appeared in the 1989 Doordarshan Sci-fi Series ''Indradhanush''. Personal life He was the eldest of the five children of Earl and Barbara Packard. His father was a computer expert and his mother was a Konkani people, Konkani Maharashtrian. His grandfather John Packard was an Irish American who had come to Bangalore as a member of the US Army and chose to settle there. Nagraj is a superhero appearing in Indian comic books published by Raj Comics created in the late 1980s by Rajkumar Gupta. Nagraj first appeared in the comics Nagraj GENL #14 which was written by Parshuram Sharma and illustrated by Pratap Mullick. Shaktimaan is an Indian Hindi-language superhero television show, created by Mukesh Khanna that aired on DD National from 13 September 1997 to 27 March 2005. Producer Mukesh Khanna played the role of Shaktimaan and his alter ego "Pandit Gangadhar Vidhyadhar Mayadhar Omkarnath Shastri", a photographer for the newspaper Aaj Ki Aawaz.
