John Francis Reed (born November 12, 1949) is an American lawyer and politician serving as the Seniority in the United States Senate, senior United States Senate, United States senator from Rhode Island, a seat he was first elected to in United States Senate election in Rhode Island, 1996, 1996. A member of the Democratic Party (United States), Democratic Party, he was the United States House of Representatives, U.S. representative for from 1991 to 1997. The Order of Prince Henry ( pt, Ordem do Infante Dom Henrique) is a Portuguese order of knighthood created on 2 June 1960, to commemorate the quincentenary of the death of the Portuguese prince Henry the Navigator, one of the main initiators of the Age of Discovery. Company Commander
A company commander is the commanding officer of a company, a military unit which typically consists of 100 to 250 soldiers, often organized into three or four smaller units called platoons. The 504th Infantry Regiment, originally the 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment (504th PIR), is an airborne forces regiment of the United States Army, part of the 82nd Airborne Division, with a long and distinguished history. The regiment was first formed in mid-1942 during World War II as part of the 82nd Airborne Division and saw service in Sicily, Italy, Anzio, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. A paratrooper is a military parachutist—someone trained to parachute into a military operation, and usually functioning as part of an airborne force.
