Jaak Allik
Jaak Allik (born 6 October 1946) is an Estonian theatre critic, theatre director and politician. He is a member of the Social Democratic Party, and was previously the Estonian Minister of Culture 1995–1999 ( et, Eesti kultuuriminister). He was member of the VII, VIII and X Riigikogu. Personal life Jaak studied at the University of Tartu with a bachelor's degree in philosophy and a major in sociology and history, later working as a lecturer in that same university. He worked as a theater director and designer in the 1980s, becoming the set designer for Ugala. As Jaak had been a part of the Estonian Communist Party since 1971 (and, ultimately, the CPSU), he became part of groups such as the Supreme Soviet and involved with notable Estonian communists such as Mikk Titma and Indrek Toome. Tallinn
Tallinn () is the most populous and capital city of Estonia. Olga Lauristin ( ''née'' Künnapuu; 28 April 1903 Kolga Parish (now Kuusalu Parish), Kreis Harrien – 25 June 2005) was a Soviet Estonian politician. From 1944 until 1947, she was Minister of Social Welfare. Her first husband was politician Johannes Lauristin and her daughter was politician and media researcher Marju Lauristin. Viljandi
Viljandi (, german: Fellin, sv, Fellin) is a town and municipality in southern Estonia with a population of 17,407 in 2019. It is the capital of Viljandi County and is geographically located between two major Estonian cities, Pärnu and Tartu. The town was first mentioned in 1283, upon being granted its town charter by Wilhelm von Endorpe. The town became a member of the Hanseatic League at the beginning of the 14th century, and is one of five Estonian towns and cities in the league.
