Jeunesse Sportive Kairouan, also known as JS Kairouan, is a Tunisian professional basketball club from Kairouan. The club competes in the Championnat National A, the highest league in Tunisian basketball. Kariouan has won the league three times, with three consecutive titles in 2001, 2002 and 2003. The team plays its home games in the Salle Kairouan, which has a capacity of 2,000 people. The team colors are green and white. The Championnat National A (CNA) is the highest tier professional basketball league in Tunisia. Established in 1956, the league currently features 10 teams. Kairouan

2018–19 Africa Basketball League
The 2019 FIBA Africa Basketball League was the 33nd edition of FIBA Africa's premier club Basketball tournament and the 1st under the new format and new name. The season saw an expansion from twelve to sixteen teams. The season began on February 8, 2019, and ended on May 26, 2019, with the conclusion of the Final Four. The Final Four was hosted at the Kilamba Arena in Luanda, Angola. It was the last season of the league as the competition was replaced by the Basketball Africa League (BAL), a new competition jointly established by the National Basketball Association (NBA) and FIBA. The FIBA Africa Basketball League (formerly named the FIBA Africa Clubs Champions Cup) was the highest caliber men's professional basketball competition for clubs until 2020, organized by the FIBA Africa and played by the champions of the leagues of the African countries.
