Jürgen Locadia
Jürgen Leonardo Locadia (born 7 November 1993) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a striker or winger. Club career Early career Locadia, who is of Curaçaoan descent, was born in Emmen, Netherlands, and began playing football with the club VV Bargeres, before being discovered by the youth team of FC Emmen. He later stated his passion of football began from his uncle, Jerry, who's also played football, and took him to street football and attend FC Emmen's matches. When Locadia was offered to play for Willem II, he and his whole family settled in Tilburg. His time at Willem II last a year when Locadia joined PSV Eindhoven on 11 June 2010, signing a two–year contract. Netherlands National Under-21 Football Team
The Netherlands national under-21 football team is the national under-21 team of the Netherlands and is controlled by the Royal Dutch Football Association. The team competes in the European Under-21 Championship, held every two years. Following the realignment of UEFA's youth competitions in 1976, the Dutch Under-21 team was formed. The team did not have a very good record, failing to qualify for nine of the fifteen tournaments. The team did not enter for the 1978 competition, but since then has reached the semi-finals twice, and qualified for the last eight on three other occasions. Since the under-21 competition rules insist that players must be 21 or under at the start of a two-year competition, technically it is an U-23 competition. KNVB Cup
The KNVB Beker (; en, KNVB Cup), branded as the TOTO KNVB Beker for sponsorship reasons, is a competition in the Netherlands organized by the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) since 1898. It was based on the format of the English FA Cup. Outside the Netherlands, it is often referred to as the Dutch Cup. The tournament consists of all teams from the top four tiers of Dutch league football (Eredivisie, Eerste Divisie, Tweede Divisie and Derde Divisie), as well as the 24 semi-finalists (or replacements) of the six KNVB District Cups. Marcel Brands (born 1962) is a Dutch former professional footballer who is currently the Director of Football at PSV Eindhoven. Playing career Born in 's-Hertogenbosch, Brands started his playing career at local club FC Den Bosch. He also played for NAC Breda and Feyenoord, and made over 350 appearances for RKC Waalwijk, encompassing two separate spells. Non-playing career After retiring he became technical director at RKC Waalwijk and appointed Martin Jol as club manager. Fredericus Jacobus Rutten (; born 5 December 1962) is a Dutch football coach and former player. As a player, he spent his entire career with Twente during the years 1979 to 1992. Following his playing career, Rutten also managed Twente, before moving on to clubs like Schalke 04, PSV Eindhoven, Vitesse Arnhem, Feyenoord, Al Shabab, Maccabi Haifa and more recently Anderlecht. Feyenoord Academy, often referred to as Varkenoord, is the youth academy of the professional football club Feyenoord located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Beloften Eredivisie
The Beloften Eredivisie (; ''"Promised Honor Division"'') was the highest football league in for reserve teams in the Netherlands organized by the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB). The league was founded in 1992 as ''Reserve Teams Eredivisie'' and this name was in use until the 2000–01 season. The second teams are called ''beloften'' teams. Until the 2009–10 season the league champion, as well as the KNVB Reserve Cup winner, was awarded a ticket for the regular KNVB Cup but the reserve teams were disbanded from the KNVB Cup. A Super Cup was installed instead. There was no promotion and the team finishing at the bottom of the table was relegated to the Beloften Eerste Divisie. Jong PSV
Jong PSV is a Dutch football team based in Eindhoven. It is the reserve team of PSV Eindhoven and plays in the Eerste Divisie since the 2013–14 season. History Until 2013, Jong PSV played in the Beloften Eredivisie, a league exclusively for reserve teams. That year, the Royal Dutch Football Association, KNVB decided to expand the Eerste Divisie to 20 teams by adding two amateur teams and two reserve teams. Initially, Jong Ajax and Jong FC Twente were chosen, based on the team's interest and the Beloften Eredivisie league results. But after amateur team VV Katwijk rejected the offer, Jong PSV were offered the fourth and final league slot.
