Jürgen Koch
Jürgen Koch (born 8 January 1973) is an Austrian badminton player from Askö Traun badminton club. Career Koch competed in badminton at the 1992 Summer Olympics in men's singles. He lost in the second round to Wong Wai Lap, of Hong Kong, 17-18, 15-6, 15-3. Koch played the 2007 BWF World Championships in men's singles, and was defeated in the first round by Anup Sridhar, of India, 21-15, 21-19. Badminton is a racquet sport played using racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net. Although it may be played with larger teams, the most common forms of the game are "singles" (with one player per side) and "doubles" (with two players per side). Anup Sridhar (born 11 April 1983) is a retired Indian badminton player. Career Anup Sridhar is India's Thomas Cup captain. 2007 BWF World Championships
The 2007 BWF World Championships is the 16th tournament of BWF World Championships (World Badminton Championships). It was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 13 to 19 August 2007.
