Júnior Lopes
Antônio Lopes dos Santos Júnior (born 22 November 1973), known as Júnior Lopes, is a Brazilian football coach. He is the current head coach of Camboriú. Career Born in Rio de Janeiro, Lopes began his career with Botafogo, being an assistant of the club's youth setup, in 1996. In 1998, he moved to cross-town rivals Vasco da Gama, under the same role. In 2000 Lopes and his father joined the Brazil national team, with him being appointed assistant of the under-17s. He had his first managerial position with Bangu in 2002, after previously being the club's assistant and youth coach. After another spell at Vasco, Lopes was appointed Olaria manager in 2004. Only months later he moved to Coritiba, becoming his father's assistant. After the latter's dismissal he was named interim manager, but was sacked on 27 October 2005. Itumbiara Esporte Clube, usually known simply as Itumbiara, is a Brazilian football club from Itumbiara, Goiás state. The club competed in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A in 1979 and won the state championship in 2008. History On March 9, 1970, Itumbiara Esporte Clube was founded, as a result of the merger of local teams ''Goiás'' (founded in 1964) and ''Nacional'' (founded in 1952). In 1979, Itumbiara competed in the top level of the Brazilian Championship, finishing in the 64th position. In 2008, Itumbiara won the state championship for the first time, after beating Goiás 1–0 and 3–0 in the final. Vanderlei Luxemburgo da Silva (born 10 May 1952) is a Brazilian professional football coach and former player. He is currently a free agent. A left wingback, Luxemburgo represented Flamengo, Internacional and Botafogo before retiring in 1980. He subsequently became a coach and led Palmeiras, Corinthians, Cruzeiro and Santos to Série A titles, winning the tournament five times, a record total. In 2005 he worked at Real Madrid, but was dismissed in December of that year. His surname is after revolutionary Rosa Luxemburg.
