Matúškovo
Matúškovo (formerly ''Takšoň''; hu, Taksony, until 1899 ) is a village and municipality in Galanta District of the Trnava Region of south-west Slovakia. Geography The municipality lies at an elevation of 118 metres and covers an area of 11.954 km2. It has a population of about 1938 people. History In the 9th century, the territory of Matúškovo became part of the Kingdom of Hungary. In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1138. After the Austro-Hungarian army disintegrated in November 1918, Czechoslovak troops occupied the area, later acknowledged internationally by the Treaty of Trianon. Aortic Aneurysm
An aortic aneurysm is an enlargement (dilatation) of the aorta to greater than 1.5 times normal size. They usually cause no symptoms except when ruptured. Occasionally, there may be abdominal, back, or leg pain. The prevalence of abdominal aortic aneurysm ("AAA") has been reported to range from 2 to 12% and is found in about 8% of men more than 65 years of age. The mortality rate attributable to AAA is about 15,000 per year in the United States and 6,000 to 8,000 per year in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Group J of UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying was one of the ten groups to decide which teams would qualify for the UEFA Euro 2024 final tournament in Germany. Group J consisted of six teams: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Portugal and Slovakia. The teams played against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format. The top two teams, Portugal and Slovakia, qualified directly for the final tournament. The participants of the qualifying play-offs were decided based on their performance in the 2022–23 UEFA Nations League, of which Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland and Luxembourg qualified for the playoffs. Matúš Kozáčik (; born 27 December 1983) is a Slovak retired football goalkeeper who last played for Czech club Viktoria Plzeň, and who now serves as a goalkeeping coach with the club's first team. Francesco Calzona (born 24 October 1968) is an Italian association football coach, currently managing the Slovakia national football team. Playing career Calzona had a very short career as a player, appearing three times with Arezzo in the Serie B division, and also making a single Coppa Italia appearance. Senec ( hu, Szenc, ) is a town in the Bratislava Region of south-western Slovakia. The town is the administrative seat of the Senec District and its largest municipality.
