Ján Kozák (footballer, Born 1980)
Ján Kozák (born 22 April 1980) is a Slovak football coach and former player. He is the manager of Slovak 1st tier team FC Košice. Club career A midfielder, Kozák joined Bratislava in the year 2003, winning the Corgoň Liga with the club the very next season, 2004–05. He scored 7 goals in 34 appearances in the season. In 2005–06, he played in 11 matches for the club, scoring three goals, before moving to West Bromwich Albion in January 2006. He made his debut for Albion on 4 February 2006, coming on as a substitute for Geoff Horsfield in a Premier League match against Blackburn Rovers. He was not considered good enough for the then manager Bryan Robson to sign, so left at the end of his loan spell. He made his debut for Poli Timișoara in an away match at Gloria Bistriţa. Košice

Geoff Horsfield
Geoffrey Malcolm Horsfield (born 1 November 1973) is an English former professional footballer and football coach. He made more than 300 appearances in the Football League playing as a striker. He was a "strong and forceful" player, able to hold the ball up in order to bring other players into the game. Horsfield made his Football League debut with Scarborough as a teenager. Released by the club, he returned to part-time football with Halifax Town, Guiseley and Witton Albion, before a second spell at Halifax saw him help the club regain their Football League status. He moved on to Fulham, with whom he achieved promotion to the First Division, before joining Birmingham City for a club record fee. He played in the final of the 2001 League Cup with Birmingham, and the following season helped them reach the Premier League. Footgolf
Footgolf is a sport in which players kick a football into a cup in as few shots as possible. The name is a portmanteau of association football and golf, and the game combines the two sports, being more closely related to golf. Rules The game is played similarly to golf, with the exception that players use a football instead of a golf ball, and the ball is kicked rather than struck with a club, working toward a 50 cm-52 cm diameter by 28 cm deep "footgolf cup" usually located away from golf greens. The player who finishes the course with the fewest shots wins. Footgolf is often played on golf courses, though it may also be played on specially built courses. The first shot has to be played from a tee box, and bunkers, trees, water and hills must be crossed or avoided in order to reach the hole. The game is played with a regulation No. 5 football. Filip Lesniak (born 14 May 1996) is a Slovak professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Georgian club Telavi. Career Tottenham Hotspur Lesniak started his football career at FC VSS Košice in Slovakia before joining the Tottenham Hotspur youth academy in January 2012. After progressing through the ranks of the Tottenham Hotspur Academy, Lesniak signed his first professional contract with the club in July 2014. Czechoslovakia National Football Team
The Czechoslovakia national football team ( cs, Československá fotbalová reprezentace, sk, Česko-slovenské národné futbalové mužstvo) was the national football team of Czechoslovakia from 1920 to 1993. Ján Kozák (born 17 April 1954) is a Slovak football manager and former player. Most recently, he managed Slovak national team. As the manager of Slovakia, his team qualified for the 2016 UEFA Euro, thus becoming Slovakia's first time to appear in the tournament. In 1981, Kozák became footballer of the year in Czechoslovakia. He played 254 matches in Czechoslovak First League and scored 57 goals. He also participated in UEFA Euro 1980 and the 1982 FIFA World Cup. His son Ján Kozák is also a former footballer, coach and one of the pioneers of footgolf in Slovakia. The European zone of qualification for the 2010 FIFA World Cup saw 53 teams competing for 13 places at the finals in South Africa. The qualification process started on 20 August 2008, nearly two months after the end of UEFA Euro 2008, and ended on 18 November 2009. The qualification process saw the first competitive matches of Montenegro. Denmark, England, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, and Switzerland qualified in the first round by winning their groups.
