Ján Greguš
Ján Greguš (born 29 January 1991) is a Slovak professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for the Slovakia national team. Club career Greguš began playing football at the hometown club Nitra. On 20 May 2009, he made his senior debut in Corgoň Liga against Spartak Trnava at the age of 18. After four games for Nitra, Greguš signed for Baník Ostrava in July 2009. He scored his first goal in a 1–0 away win against Hradec Králové on 8 April 2012. In January 2013 Greguš joined English Championship club Bolton Wanderers on loan with Wanderers manager Dougie Freedman stating he would initially be part of the club's development squad. He scored on his development squad debut against Manchester City in a 3–3 draw. Nitra
Nitra (; also known by other alternative names) is a city in western Slovakia, situated at the foot of Zobor Mountain in the valley of the river Nitra. It is located 95 km east of Bratislava. With a population of about 78,353, it is the fifth largest city in Slovakia. Nitra is also one of the oldest cities in Slovakia; it was the political center of the Principality of Nitra. Today, it is a seat of a ''kraj'' ( Nitra Region), and an ''okres'' ( Nitra District). Etymology The first mention of Nitra dates back to the 9th century. Dougie Freedman
Douglas Alan Freedman (born 25 May 1974) is a Scottish professional football manager and former player. He is the current sporting director of Crystal Palace. Freedman played as a striker, primarily for Crystal Palace and also had spells as a player at Queens Park Rangers, Barnet, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Nottingham Forest, Leeds United and Southend United. Freedman had two caps for the Scottish national football team where he scored one goal in a 2002 World Cup qualifier against Latvia. Vladimír Weiss (; born 30 November 1989) is a Slovak professional footballer who plays as a winger or an attacking midfielder for Slovan Bratislava and the Slovakia national team. Ta'Qali
Ta' Qali is a wide open space in the limits of Attard and Mosta in central and northern Malta respectively, which contains the national football stadium, the Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre, Ta' Qali National Park, a crafts village, and a national vegetable market which is locally known as the ''Pitkalija''. Shortly before World War II, the area was used to build a military aerodrome and a station for the Royal Air Force (RAF), which the British called RAF Ta Kali; Maltese place names were often corrupted in this fashion. RAF Ta Kali was operational throughout the war and continued to be used as an RAF airfield until the mid-1950s. The 2018 FIFA World Cup was the 21st FIFA World Cup, the quadrennial world championship for men's national football teams organized by FIFA. It took place in Russia from 14 June to 15 July 2018, after the country was awarded the hosting rights in 2010. Ondrej Duda (; born 5 December 1994) is a Slovak professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Bundesliga club 1. FC Köln and the Slovakia national team. Club career Duda began his football career at his hometown club MFK Snina. He later moved to Košice, where he rose through the youth team ranks, making his first-team debut for the club at the age of 17 as a late substitute during a 1–0 home win against Slovan Bratislava. In the winter of 2013-2014, Duda decided to not extend his contract with Košice, which would expire the following summer.
