Juwan Brescacin
Juwan Brescacin (born January 10, 1993) is a professional Canadian football wide receiver for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He has played in three Grey Cup games and was a member of the 106th Grey Cup championship team. He played college football for the Northern Illinois Huskies. Professional career Calgary Stampeders Brescacin was drafted in the second round, 15th overall, in the 2016 CFL Draft by the Calgary Stampeders and signed with the team on May 17, 2016. He made his professional regular season debut on July 1, 2016 against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and recorded his first career reception in the next week's game against the Ottawa Redblacks on July 8, 2016. Winnipeg Blue Bombers
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are a professional Canadian football team based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Blue Bombers compete in the Canadian Football League (CFL) as a member club of the league's West division. They play their home games at IG Field. The Blue Bombers were founded in 1930 as the Winnipeg Rugby Football Club, later changed to the Winnipeg Football Club, which is the organization's legal name. The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are a professional Canadian football team based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. They are currently members of the East Division of the Canadian Football League (CFL). The Tiger-Cats play their home games at Tim Hortons Field. In 1950, the Tigers merged with cross-town upstart Hamilton Wildcats and adopted the name "Tiger-Cats". The 105th Grey Cup was played on November 26, 2017, between the Calgary Stampeders and the Toronto Argonauts at TD Place Stadium in Ottawa, Ontario. In a re-match of the 100th Grey Cup, the Argonauts won the game 27–24, winning their 17th championship. Background Host city It was reported in September 2015 that Ottawa would host the Grey Cup game, and that it would be determined at a board of governor's meeting later that fall. The Ottawa Redblacks ownership group, Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group, said that one of the clauses in their expansion agreement was that the club would host a Grey Cup game within their first four years of existence.
